Treatment Practise 1 - smiley tears 18/09/12

Jill is a young, shy and timid teenage girl who is a student of Joseph elementary school. She always has the intention of being more independent and not able to interact with everyone in her school, therefore she is known as a loner.

The scene begins with a depressing tone of piano music presenting Jill multiple of shots of Jill dressing, eating and getting ready to school as she leaves her house, to visit her school. She feels very depressed and scared of visiting her school, she is very humble as she travels by using the bus, she doesn’t give any eye contact to anyone, adults seemed very concerned about her because of her humbleness, and she only keeps her head down and stays silent.

As she reaches her destination which is near her school, she then travels by walking by herself without interacting with any teenagers, instead it presents her point of view as she walks past with every teenager that glares at her as she walked past them and keeps her head down as usual. She only looks up for a split second then quickly looks down.

She attends to her next lesson sitting down on a table to her self keeping her hands and objects very close to her. We are then presented with a group of young girls who are sitting the opposite table all together and whispering to each other. The group of young girls are gossiping and also giggling which suddenly single words starts to appear and begins to tease Jill in many actions such as shoving her pencil case and also pulling her chair, it then constantly teases Jill in many other actions.

The school bell rings as it symbolise that it is lunch time for the school students. Jill is walking by herself yet again in corridors which presents a point of view of her seeing the group of young girls all starring at her and continuing to gossip. The gossip then begins to increase with such as high tone of music and the abusive words begins to appear. As they appear the words abuses Jill in abusive and violent format by pushing her to the wall, tripping her over constantly. The cuts a scene begins to increase as words are being dashed at her at a fast paced until she receives her limit of where she actually runs.

As she runs the group of girls are laughing until one member shouts out for the girl by screaming ‘I hope you  ’ The word appears as a point of view chasing the young girl as she runs and then finally tags her until she turns around and gets run over.
