Primary Research 2 - Interviewing 30/09/12

For this particular research I have mange to interview a dear friend of mine named Daniel, who is an experienced young drinker who only drinks one some occasions. I have interviewed him because I want to understand how teenagers experience drinking alcohol in today’s society in which further explains how people tend to have alcohol poisoning.

Me: so Daniel how often do you drink?

Daniel: Not often, only at parties or sociably

Me: does alcohol become very addicting to you?

Daniel: no

Me: What does it taste like and also instead of yourself can alcohol become very addicting if you try more than once?

Daniel: Depends on what sort, they all have their own tastes, some sweet and some biter, as I like some drinks but dislike others

Me: Have you ever known someone who had too much?

Daniel: Yes

Me:What was their behaviour?

Daniel: Some passive and calm, sometimes loud but not known aggressive

Me: But can they affect their behaviour? Does it make them feel sick?

Daniel Yes they can and I have only known one person to be sick from drinking

Me: has it ever hurt them or?

Daniel: No

To me I believe that most people have a certain stereotype of how teenagers act towards society, from this particular interview made me realise that not all teenagers are very irresponsible and considered to be alcoholic, however from learning how alcohol causes addiction it may have an effect on some people depending on the sweetness on some alcohol they drink, in which can actually cause them to feel sick. Therefore the only occasion that most teenagers are likely to drink are being involved with parties and depending on who they socialise with.
