Summer work - interesting objects

Over the summer holidays I have been collecting objects that relates to the category of my own memory/history

 

This seemed very interesting to me because I usually enjoy thinking about my past of all the good activities and enjoyment I had in my life and also believe that history is a great presentation of someone’s background image. History can effect peoples emotions of how they miss their past.

 

 

Baby picture: Represent my own memory when I was a toddler and also represent how immature and all the great childhood memories I use to have

 

 

Game: Relates to the enjoyment i had in the past with friends,families and also myslef.Since i never had the chance to play games in my life its sometimes depressing since i have alot of schedule events therefore for myself it presents a depression for my innerself.

 

 

 

Topi: an object which I wear while praying (religion Islam)]

 

 

 

 

 

 

This represent the history off how I always preach my own religion since it’s a massive part of my inner self and i always think about the good deeds I've performed from thye past and also religious events that i always celebrate and perform such as Ramadan and eid.

 

 

 

 

Karate belt: Represents the activities I have performed for 5 years and also represent the history of how I developed my own knowledge of confidence and discipline.

 

 

 

Education: The image presents the books that I use to study from primary and secondary school in which provided me an interesting flashback of how education was so simple until education became very complex as my knowledge began to enhance.

 

 

 

 

The two image presents my old GCSE english class in brampton manor in which holds the memory of  the friends and teachers that I used to communicate and interact with back in secondary school and I usually miss the relationship I had with them.

 

Overall the reason why I have collected items that relates to the category of history/memory is because its presentation is very popular in many opening sequence of films presenting the main characters history of how they were born and developed to their present stage. History always comes in mixture of other genres such as conflict, tragedy, love ect. In my opinion history is an interesting element that everyone desires to think about in their lives and always wish to go back in time and feel the enjoyment they had in previous years therefore history has always become a magnificent and emotional category that has an effect on everyone.
