Primary research 1 – teenagers before and now 29/09/12

For this particular research I have interview my father in which he was born in England and had been brought up more than 40 years. He has been in the process of going through secondary schools and also colleges through the 1970’s therefore my main research is about the comparison of how teenagers act towards their parents in the past and how they act towards them in today’s society.

The Question I will be asking to my father:

• What secondary school did you use to attend to?
• How was school like in those times?
• How strict were the rules in the society you was brought up?
• How did you act towards you parents considering how strict it was back in that time until now
• What difference it is from how children act towards their parents until today’s society?
• The changes of children behaviour in the past till present ,does it bother you how they act towards society?

I have presented my interview by producing an interview that presents all the response of my father of the question I have asked.

As you know the video isn’t very clear however I have mange to not down the summary answers that my father responded.I learnt that in the society that father was brought up it was considered to be:

• Very strict and had a lot for teachers, also had a lot more control over children, finished at late times than in today’s society. It was very strict and fair

• Very strict learn how to respect your elders. Not allowed to misbehave in the streets.

• Have to respect your parents no matter the consideration is.

• In the society that father lived they never answered their parents back. Never back chat their parents. You were given what you eat, so therefore in those times there weren’t any chicken and chips shop,how most teenagers are being given a free ride.

• Back chat a lot, think there parents are like friends. They think they know more than their parents.

• Children think they know more than adults which is wrong because adults have more experience and its their duty to influence and mature their children.

• Very disgusted how children treat their parents in todays society. Its becoming worse and worse every time the politics introduces a new law.

Q and A feedback 29/09/12

As I presented my Q and A to my class, I have manage to receive positive feedbacks and also a deep emotion, in which I have manage to achieve an objective to present a character that has an effect for the audience to actually have sympathy and visualise how my character act upon people.

As I wanted to present my character as very stuck up and someone that doesn’t care or take any attention from nobody, I manage to include basic questions in which I have included with just simple answers which basically is the idea of how to present a strong character expression.

The feedback I have received:

• It was very powerful as though it felt awkward asking her questions that relate to the past
• Really liked the question of super powers where she responded ‘travel back in time’. Just presents a realistic answer from her.
• Overall its just a strong impression of the character

In which alcohol rates for their specific age is increasing constantly. The specific videos i wanted to gather was of course presented on prezi and an individual content	From this particular research allows me to understand the behaviour of how teenagers interact with their parents and also understand how children are mostly considered to be the emotional ones because of how they are involved with their parents addiction of alcohol.However in some cases it also provide me the visualisation of how teenagers are becoming very over powered than their parents in which they have no control.

Technically in my opinion it can be an effect in most certain countries.	I have managed to embed the video from you tube on to my blog and add an explanation about the causes of divorce in which is an element of depression.	This provides me an understanding of how i can visualise the emotions of my character of actually having her parents divorce. I realised how divorce can produce a depressing episode through many relations especially for the couples’s child. Therefore this will provide me a visualisation of how i believe my character will react or respond after their parents being divorce, which forces her to do many torturing activities such as drinking alcohol.

Secondary research 4 - Tv talk shows 26/09/12

In my own spare time, I regularly watch TV programmes such as jerry springer, maury and Steve wilko.These are talk shows in which they interview many people who have problems with their families,friends,couple situations ect.These TV shows are a great example to my research as they present the characteristics of young teenagers in today’s aspects. As my previous research presents how parents are the main issue and also children are to be blame, I wanted to see how both are mistreating each other to get an idea of how young teenagers are becoming misbehaving to their parents.

As mentioned in my previous research about how parents are an issue for young teenage drinking, the tv shows actually furthered, my understanding of why many teenagers in today’s world are becoming corrupted because of their family background. I then realise with my own vision of how teenagers are becoming a boss of their parents, considering to become more over power and more aggressive, however the TV shows does explains how teenagers use to be a former victim in a situation where they were unable to defend themselves.

 

While viewing and actually receiving this research actually very shocking of how many teenagers are being corrupted and committing such horrible act, however it is now considered a stereotype in today’s world where most of these commitment from teenagers usually happen on a daily bases.

 By watching these shows I understood how drinking can affect the behaviour of young teenagers. They consist of having a bad behaviour and mentioned from previous they commit or become and involvement of crime rates. Now it is considered that the statistics’ of young girls being pregnant near the age of 11-16 are 76.8% from 2011 to the start of 2012.

 I understand how the issues a child has within their family can change their characteristics as being something very unusual and could be influenced of committing  crimes and having mental issues and also addictions.Watching television shows such as Steve wilko,jerry springer and maury made me realise of how it can effect a child to have such as bad life ,I understand that a child attempts to commit harmful things in  order to seek attention, however a child can only have a bad characteristics if their parents

Secondary research 5 - drinking effects on women 26/09/12

As sarah is considered to be a young teenage girl,who apparently has at one point a drinking addiction,i just wanted to know the facts of how drinking alcohol can have such an effect on women than men.Therefore i have manged to gather information of how effective alcohol can cause many instinct than men.

Secondary research 3 -Divorce effection 26/09/12

Factors which contribute to the development of depression can include many situations, in which can occur within a family, friendship and also relationships. As our treatment explains the divorce of Sarah’s parents, which continues to present her depression life, I then wanted to research the effects of a divorce occurring. This will provide an assistant of how we can present an accurate facial expression of our character to make it more realistic and believable.

As one of the major forms of stress in life, divorce can be a participating event which increases the risk of developing depression. As I researched it is considered that divorced people are 6 times more likely to experience at least one major depressive episode. These results remain consistent even when accounting for a personal history of depression prior to or during the marriage.

Divorce carries a high risk of depression due to some unique features of this form of stress. It creates a disruption in one's  functioning issue of trust, companionship and security .To picture a memory where you loved someone or had a special bond ,which then suddenly fall apart watch can of course cause an empty and emotional feeling of actually missing that memory. It can also cause people to question the very nature of love, attachment, friendship, companionship and bonding. Therefore this will still bring back the memory to the individual to feel even more depressed. Doubts can lead to increased isolation and detachment, leaving the individual vulnerable to developing depression.

 

Overall by receiving this particular research about the effect of divorce, I understand how each couple can have some sort of a depressing moment during their separation; however the most affected victim between a couple confirming a divorce is considered to be their child. They are mostly affected and also an involvement between a divorce issue, for a child it is very difficult to continue on a path where they had a memory of happiness with their mother and father in which sudden falls down to shreds. Thus it will obviously provoke the child to change their characteristics into committing something very unusual in order to seek attention. Therefore not only divorce can become a massive depression between the couple but it can be an even more effective for the child.

 

I have manage to futher this particular research into watching an interesting video of how divorce can effect the characteristics of their child.Usually the video explains the facts and predictions made on the effection of child throught divorce process in the united states.However it can also have an effect in many other countries.
